The Robotabox(tm) system can best be described as a VoIP PBX communications platform, a service which allows the user to access Robotabox(tm) services from an Internet based telephone device or personal computer anywhere in the world.
Our product line consists of the following:
Residential Plans:
Residential Basic Plan: Basic Dial tone, voicemail, and 911 with 200 domestic LD inbound and outbound minutes included in price. Minutes are aggregated per account. Usage applied after in plan minutes exhausted. Residential customers only
Residential Economy Plan: Basic Dial tone, voicemail and 911 with 700 domestic US LD inbound and outbound minutes included in price. Minutes are aggregated per account. Usage applied after in plan minutes exhausted. Residential customers only
Residential Unlimited: Full featured Hosted service with unlimited domestic US, and Canada long distnce. Voice mail and Voice mail to email included. Residential customers only
Business Plans:
SMB pay as you go Plan: Hosted PBX with 2 extensions, uto Attendant, voicemail, voicemail to email, and unlimited talk lines with 500 minutes included in price. Additional minutes are $0.02 per minute inbound and outbound. Call centers and fax blasters would need to be priced separately and would not be covered under this pricing
SMB Unlimited : Hosted PBX with 2 extensions Auto attendant, voicemail, voicemail to email, and unlimited talk lines and unlimited minutes included in price. Call centers and fax blasters would need to be priced separately and would not be covered under this pricing
